We had a pool built by Watercolors two years ago and love it. We talked to three pool companies and Watercolors was the only company that LISTENED to what we wanted and asked questions about our lifestyle so they could build the best pool for our needs. The sales person asked if we wanted to add a spa and I told him no because we had a Jacuzzi tub in our master bath. He said, “you may want to think about it” and he moved on. A few days later we decided we might as well go for it. It was the right decision for us. Working with Ben and his crew was amazing. We have built a home, renovated kitchens, bathrooms rooms, and dealt with many contractors over the years and Ben was hands down the best. With Watercolors if we asked a question or voiced a concern to ANYONE it was taken care of ASAP. No worrying over did this person tell Ben this, does the stone guy know we made this change, or I better go see if we have that extra outlet before the electrician leaves. Seriously it was a joy.

He took the time to give me a full rundown on how my pool works (new pool owner), and offered several helpful suggestions to keep the pool in tip-top shape. Watercolors originally installed our spa (in 2014). They did a great job with that but at that point were not doing maintenance and referred us to another company for that. After about a year, they contacted us and said that they were going to start doing maintenance on pools and spas that they had installed to make sure they were maintained properly. We could not be happier with their service. They are prompt, thorough and if there is a problem, are very responsive. 5 stars all around!

Awesome company that does an outstanding job keeping our pool and waterfall system in pristine condition with sparkling water. We went theough two other reputable pool service companies and they were okay but we had to still contact them often with issues. With Watercolors it’s truly worry and hassle free!
